Rotary Club of Wichita Club No. 30 - Organized September, 1911
Rotary is an international organization of business and professional leaders that provides humanitarian service, encourages high ethical standards in all vocations, and helps build goodwill and peace in the world.
Welcome to the Rotary Club of Wichita!
Proudly entering our Centennial year, the Rotary Club of Wichita is one of the oldest and largest Rotary Clubs in the world. Out of more than 33,000 Rotary clubs internationally, the Rotary Club of Wichita was the 30th club to be chartered and we are proud to count 375 leaders of businesses, non-profit organizations, and governmental entities among our members.
Rotarians and their guests meet at 11:45 am most Mondays at Botanica to share lunch, hear a speaker, and get updates on service projects.
Our weekly meetings offer an engaging forum for interacting with Wichita business and civic leaders, sharing ideas with people outside of your own industry, and learning about business, leadership and civic engagement from a diverse array of high quality speakers throughout the year. Given our size, we are able to offer members outstanding speakers and programs each week that include corporate leaders, elected officials, university presidents, economists, and even basketball coaches as they provide our members with unique insight into their responsibilities.
The Rotary Club of Wichita is service-driven. As Wichita’s first service organization, our club has almost a century of involvement in community and global outreach. While our members benefit personally and professionally from outstanding programs each week, “Service Above Self” is at the heart of our organization.
